Boil 1 quart of water
Pour over 3-4 bags of peppermint tea or 4 tsp of dried leaves in a heatproof pitcher
Steep for about 5-7 minutes, remove tea bags/leaves
Sweeten; I use honey or stevia
Let cool to room temperature then put in fridge and chill
Serve over ice with sliced lemon or lime; add a sprig of fresh mint for decoration
