Ingredients:

1 bag of marshmallows

6 cups of rice crisp cereal

3 tbs butter or margarine

Baking /cooking spray

 

Directions:

Coat a spatula and a large pan (13X9) with cooking spray, set aside

Melt butter in large pot over low heat

Add marshmallows

Stir until melted

Add cereal and stir until well coated

Using the “greased” spatula or wax paper evenly press mixture into pan (or shape with buttered hands into Easter egg shape)

Cool, cut and Enjoy!

Optional: Drizzle with melted chocolate chips and add some bunny marshmallows for Easter.
