I've been enjoying your blog so much!!! Came across this recipe and I'd love to try it. I've been making bread for years and I've always just used the old family 'recipe'....just dump in this and that....Mama never wrote down anything and I just learned by watching. I've been using other recipes from time to time and this one sure caught my eye. Could you please let me know how much butter you use in the recipe as it just states 1/4.
I see you use a bread machine...I've never used one...but I have started using my kitchen aid to mix mine as arthritis has set into the hands and the mixer aids me now in the kneading. Thanks for sharing all your great recipes...I'm sure many have enjoyed them so much.
