Ingredients:

8 hard-cooked eggs, chopped

½-1 cup mayonnaise (depends how much mayo you like)

¼ cup dried onion flakes

¼ cup pickle juice

2 tsp. yellow mustard

Salt and pepper to taste



Directions:


Place the chopped eggs in a bowl, and stir in mayo, onion flakes, pickle juice and mustard.

Season with salt and pepper.

Stir and serve on your favorite bread or crackers.
