You will need: 1 pair of Adult knee-high socks , make sure they have a nice stretch and are not too tight (I try them on my forearm) This pair came from the Dollar Store.  Cut off the heel part and shorten as needed. No Hemming required, the socks curl up at the cut end which gives them a finished look  Add 1 pair of baby legs. Done!   1 Comment We never used the diaper organizer that came with the play yard, but the existing snaps are a perfect spot to add a toy bag.   I have recently tried my hand at sewing little tops and pinafores for Emily. I love it and it is easier than I thought. I really love the pinafore; a frugal way to dress up a plain top. Take a blanket and drape over the car seat. Lay your ties over the blanket where you want them to be. If you are not sewing your own ties, try using fabric ribbon or shoe laces etc. Mark the spot below the handle where you’ll attach the ties (use a marker or pin) Find the middle of the ties and sew on to the blanket.  |   >         CategoriesAll ArchivesFebruary 2012 |
