} - Cut your cardstock into squares, pick a size that can be divided by 3, my square is 9X9 inches
;} - Divide your side by 3 and draw a line, for my square that would be every 2 inches, making a “tic tac toe” design
- Cut out the corners
- Cut all 4 side as shown in the picture
- At this point you could glue 2 stars together and string them to make a garland.
- Make a diagonal cut to the center of each star
- Put 2 starts together, adjust middle cut so the “legs” will be even
I save all the little cutout pieces and use them as giant confetti
